Who We Are
Meet our Managing Director
Danielle Dal Cortivo is Kayo Consulting’s Founder and Managing Director. She is a passionate and authentic leader with a commitment to people being inspired, self-expressed and fulfilling on what matters to them.
Achievements
After eleven years working within the Australia Government, Danielle moved on in search of a role where she could enhance her experience in culture, performance and innovation. She secured a top leadership role as the CEO of the former Asthma Foundation of ACT and then was invited to lead Asthma Foundation of Victoria (now Asthma Australia) – at the same time!
Danielle used her talents to transform both organisations across the areas of people and culture, HR, finance, strategy and program delivery. In addition to the organisations’ finances significantly improving, innovative state-wide programs were implemented, consumer outcomes increased exponentially, and organisational performance improved.
This unleashed Danielle’s passion for putting people at the heart of business and creating cultures where teams work, people flourish and organisations thrive.
Danielle took these skills and passion into a software start up where she led the delivery of a major software contract, successfully implementing the tool across more than 170 Commonwealth entities.

We deliver one on one executive coaching and mentoring focused on creating awareness, generating action and facilitating learning and growth. We provide a private space to discuss, explore and resolve challenges across business, leadership and life.
WOMEN IN LEADERSHIP
We have a strong commitment and passion for empowering women in the workplace, especially female executives and business owners. We host group coaching and female only masterminds to further support women in leadership.
We have a strong record in attending and presenting at Women In Leadership conferences and continuing to work with these leaders.
