These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of this website and participation in services, courses, and programs provided by Kayo Consulting. By accessing our website or enrolling in any of our offerings, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Kayo Consulting is a leadership coaching and consulting practice led by Danielle Dal Cortivo. We offer group programs, live online courses, coaching services, and leadership development consulting for individuals and organisations.

Coaching and Consultations:
 

• Appointments are made through our online booking system.

• You may reschedule or cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in forfeited time.

 
 
Courses and Programs:
 

• Course enrolment is confirmed upon full payment via Stripe.

• Each course has a defined start date, schedule, and duration.

• Spaces are limited and confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis

Courses:
 

• You may cancel your enrolment for a full refund up to 7 days before the course start date.

• Cancellations made less than 7 days before commencement are non-refundable.

• If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your enrolment to a future cohort (subject to availability).

 
Services:
 

• General enquiry calls are complimentary and may be cancelled at any time.

• Paid coaching or strategy sessions must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid loss of session credit.

• All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless stated otherwise.

• Payments are securely processed via Stripe.

• We reserve the right to update prices or discontinue services at any time. Existing enrolments will not be affected.

All materials shared through Kayo Consulting, including course content, templates, workbooks, recordings, and visuals are protected by intellectual property law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or reuse any content without express written permission.

We ask that all participants engage respectfully and professionally. We reserve the right to remove individuals from programs or sessions if conduct is disruptive, disrespectful, or harmful to others, without refund.

Our services are designed for professional development and personal growth. While we offer evidence-informed tools and coaching frameworks, results will vary and are influenced by personal application.

We do not offer legal, financial, or clinical advice. Kayo Consulting is not liable for outcomes, decisions, or actions taken based on program participation.

We may update these Terms occasionally to reflect changes in services, legal obligations, or platform use. The latest version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our site or services confirms your acceptance of the revised Terms.
