Accessibility Statement

This statement was last updated on 8th September, 2025

We at Kayo Consulting are working to make our site www.kayoconsulting.com.au accessible to people with disabilities.

What web accessibility is

Kayo Consulting is committed to making our website and services accessible to all individuals, regardless of ability or technology. We aim to comply with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA to ensure an inclusive digital experience for all users.

What We’re Doing

We have taken the following steps to improve accessibility:

  • Using clear and consistent headings, links, and labels

  • Providing sufficient colour contrast between text and backgrounds

  • Ensuring all text is resizable and readable on mobile and desktop

  • Including alternative text for key images

  • Making forms keyboard-navigable

  • Embedding videos and Zoom sessions that support closed captioning where applicable

Limitations

We are currently working on:

  • Enhancing mobile responsiveness

  • Ensuring blog and booking widgets are fully screen-reader compatible

If you encounter any accessibility barriers or have trouble navigating the site, we welcome your feedback.
